Some tips for great “Curb Appeal”…
- Trim all landscaping and have your landscaping serviced on regular basis as needed.
- Make your front door inviting – paint, new hardware, new door mat and open and close easily!
- Replace/Repair Screens and shutters and have windows cleaned.
- Ensure no holes on exterior walls. No obvious cracks and even/matching exterior paint.
- Garage door is as important as the front door – same rules apply.
- Driveway to be cleaned of any oil spots or auto leaks and skid marks.
